Summer Groundskeeper

Join our Summer team and help care for Lutherwood’s beautiful 100+ acres! The Summer Groundskeeper supports the mission of the camp by maintaining safe, welcoming outdoor spaces. This part-time position (10 hours/week) is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work, nature, and independent projects. Responsibilities include mowing lawns, trimming vegetation, and more. Pay between $18-$20/hr. Position runs from May 1 through August 31.

Summer Kitchen Assistant

Help create delicious meals and a welcoming dining experience for campers and guests! The Kitchen Assistant plays a key role in our summer hospitality, supporting food preparation, service, and kitchen cleanliness. This full-time role (flexible scheduling available) is ideal for someone who enjoys working on a team, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and finds joy in serving others through food. We are hoping to hire two individuals. Pay $20/hr. Positions runs June 9-August 9 (with some intermittent fall work available).
